Los Altos Mountain View Community Foundation connects people, resources, and ideas to transform local potential into lasting impact in Los Altos, Los Altos Hills and Mountain View. We believe in the strength and potential of our local community to create lasting change. LAMVCF makes giving simple, meaningful, and personal - serving as the trusted philanthropic hub that connects people to the causes that matter most. We help initiatives thrive, and turn generosity into action.
What We Do
● Local Impact Collective: provides a trusted fiscal sponsorship home for changemakers in Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, and Mountain View to turn their bold ideas for housing, education, arts, climate change, and social justice to create a safer, more educated, and joyful community. ● Community Grantmaking: our past grantees have tackled pressing issues, created innovative programs, and fostered meaningful connections throughout our community. ● Changemaker Initiatives: This collection of initiatives amplifies the voices, talents, and leadership of local changemakers who are driving positive impact across Los Altos, Mountain View, and Los Altos Hills.
