Who We Are
SEEDS mission is to plant hope and change lives. Specifically, as part of this process, we want to do our part to help end youth homelessness.
By providing outreach care, the SEEDS outreach team fosters a connection which facilitates trust to build long-term relationships with these youth.
As this community is strengthened through a consistent and on-going safe presence from our street outreach team, young people can find sanctuary on the streets and get the help they need transition out of life on the streets into sustainable long-term housing.
What We Do
With the combined efforts of the street outreach team, the safe sanctuary outreach center, and the mobile street ministry, the mission of SEEDS is to provide direct and immediate care to homeless and street youth
